Then,on Saturday, June 16th, Alana Dakos of Never Not Knitting blog and podcast and co-author of the wonderful book Coastal Knits will be coming for a Meet and Greet from 12 to 2. She will be bringing samples of her patterns and will be on hand to answer your questions. Don't miss the opportunity to visit with this designer, whose patterns include the ever popular Cedar Leaf Shawlette, among others.
During this week, we will also be running a raffle. For every $10 you spend at Knit & Pearl you will receive a ticket and will be entered into a drawing for a gift basket featuring a signed copy of Coastal Knits, two skeins of Misti Alpaca yarn to make the Cambria Cowl and the popular Yarn Keeper from Chic-a to hold your yarn while working on your project. Alana will draw the winning ticket on June 16th at 2 o'clock. Raffle tickets will also be available to purchase for $1 each between June 9th and June 16th. You don't need to be present to win.
